RAP: Worth It? Help for a Newbie!

I've been messing around with RAP templates and had a difficult time! I've done lots of personal web design with programs like DreamWeaver, and I'm not sure if it's just because of my prior knowledge conflicting with the idea of these templates, or if its difficult for everyone. I'm having issues because I cannot figure out how to change the order of pages to how I need them, I realize there isn't much room for interchanging templates like this, I just need some info from pros, it would be appreciated, as well as maybe some more info on other options. THANKS.

    I think she's talking about rapateers [dot] com.

    I haven't used these templates myself, but it looks like they intended most of the changes to be made in the image templates, rather than HTML code. Personally, I don't like this method because you're losing a lot in potential search engine optimization.
