Do you guys know any smart way to to solve this problem because I really do not want to give
cpanel access info to a VA...

    Get a resellers hosting account (through hostgator) and each domain will have a separate cpanel instead of one cpanel for all domains.

    Makes life so much easier and the cost is not much more.
