I know, it looks like they customized the theme name, but I know I've seen the background in the margins before. I just can't remember which theme it was. Very frustrating!

I'm probably making this up (I'm laid up with flu), but the background kind of reminds me of the old Revolution Church Theme. (At least, I think that's what it was called)

    100% it is Thesis Theme.

Proof: I've been developing with Thesis for 5 years, I recognise the footer, the sidebar fonts and all the classes in the HTML are set up the same. if you're thinking of getting it you might be interested in my recent article that lists my favourite Thesis resources:

I know I might be a little late to this but here's what I do. Using Firefox or Chrome hit CTRL+U to view the source code, search for the word "theme" and there is the name of the theme. Sometimes you're done right here. You can also click on the CSS links like style.css, custom.css, layout.css. Typically you will find comments in there naming the author of the theme. Hope this helps in the future. Sometimes people repurpose a theme, strip out all the comments and give it its own name and you still can't tell.
