Best *paid* premium WP themes, full-featured & flexible (adsense, articles, etc)?

Looking for top quality, nice looking 'out of the box' WP themes with rich feature set, and WP 3.3+ ready.

I'd like something that is easy to set up for an adsense site, general info/article sites (Newspaper style), etc.

Something that is modern and clean.

Any suggestions?

      Thanks. I will take a look at Artister. I saw heatmap, looks interesting, too.

      Elegant themes has some nice looking themes, also.

      So does Themeforest but I'm not sure of quality of some of the themes.

      Id like one theme that I can tweak for review sites, adsense sites, amazon stores/sites, etc.

        I doubt you'll ever find such a "jolly-joker" theme...

          Why ? Heatmap looks like one that would work. I'm sure there are others.

          Doesn't have to be the same theme. Can be a group of themes like Elegant themes all from the same developer (and using a similar theme options panel). Or even a framework with themes, I dont care. I just dont want to have to learn seven totally different frameworks/options panels.
