W3School is the best place to start up. Once you are done with your basics, go to youtube and look out for some basic videos. Then move to sites like tutsplus.com and thenewboston.com.

Both of them are great resources.

In the end you gotta practice, practice and practice to perfect your skills.

You know what? The number one best way to learn to code HTML page is to start coding. Nothing will teach you faster than to start doing it. go find some tutorials on Google to do things with HTML and CSS. Work the tutorials and build the examples. I promise you, you will be coding up your own pages before you know it.

The tutorials by Joe Burns at HTML Goodies are excellent. If you want a really straightforward, A to Z approach, you'll find it there. I started there and then used w3schools. Try different ones and see what method appeals to you. Different people learn different ways. This isn't difficult, though, and you can learn at your own pace. It's worth the effort. Good luck!

There is a lot of tutorials in the internet but the best I found was tizag[dot]com. The learning experience is very straight forward as it starts from the very basic to the fullest feature of html. With that as well there are several branches you can expand into such as PHP!

Personally I think learning HTML is a lost art. Use Web Presence Builder, an eCommerce app, or WordPress to quickly design robust websites.

SaaS solutions are making old school techniques like doing your own coding and HTML design obsolete.

If you want to learn how to create a full minisite page design I recommend my good buddy Michael Locke. If you google him he should be the first link. He has a full fledged system with videos on creating a website and using html and css from ground up. So no BS. That is if you got 89$ for his tutorials. It's worth it, I don't recommend much so yea.

Ok everyone i am working on HTML basis now. Its seems not so much hard for me still now. Although i am learning the basic things. Besides i started wordpress also. I had some basic knowledge on word press. So i found it very easier to design the page via word press. But i am very much interested in learning PHP. So i need to know HTML as well. Thanks a lot all of you. Your all good suggestion helps me a lot to find a better way.
