Please give feedback on new design

I would appreciate any constructive criticism on my new page design. ( beside my ugly mug on video )

ibuyhomes dot com ( i cannot link, not enough posts, sorry, it is active in my signature)

Also, the page directs from my old site come up and say "this page has moved, please click here to enter"
How can I fix this, I think I am losing a good amount of traffic because of this.

    Todd, the first thing I can say right off the bat is get rid of the keyword stuffing at the bottom of your home page. Leaving that there not only looks unprofessional but will guarantee that Google will NOT rank you well

    If your web designer told you to do that, fire them!

      I do agree with Karen on the keywords at the bottom.

    As site owner: Very good theme for this website, kinda simple yet functional. I liked it
    As user: In first sight I didn't understood what are these words in the footer of your page. They are catching the eye but if you remove them from there I think that it will be better
