DO you think this design is good enough?

Hey there, I am building out a site for local offline businesses so I was wondering if someone can help me out regarding my business website layout.

I have a got a theme from a warrior wso he uses it himself on his own site, I found there are some issues with the layout like on the right hand side that is a bit off ( a patch in white stripes). Any way I would like to know from you guys do you think the site is layout is good enough.

    I think its a solid layout. The stripes at the side is the only problem I can see but apart from that it looks great.

    Yeah, not bad. It looks slightly dated (2007 era) but nothing seriously wrong with it.

    Agreed. Looks good. I probably wouldn't have though anything about the stripes if that other guy hadn't mentioned anything.

    Also - your copyright at the bottom still says 2011, and there are "<span>" tags in the link titles in your navigation bar.

      so what actually should be done to get rid of that "<span>" tags in the links title?

    Hmmm quite simple. Perhaps you can shorten the site. It's very long.
    Put more contents on the homepage and optimize the meta tags.
