          Pop up is only as good as you design it.

          Just as a ecover design, or website design.

          All pop up software can make the same pop up if you design it to have the same design.

            I think you completely missed the point. WHO asked about designing? There are MANY opt in plugins for Wordpress, NO design required. That's why we BUY good pop up forms, so we DON'T have to design or code anything. If you have to do any coding for an opt in plugin, well, you have the wrong plugin. And, those are the plugins that get LOW ratings, like 2 out of 5 Stars.

    For the site example you sent, it appears to be the Popup Domination Wordpress plugin. PopUp Domination - Increase subscribers by 429% over night. I have a few clients using this plugin and it truly did increase their opt-in rates. Even though I know most say they don't like popups, this one does seem to be effective.

    tknoppe is right, I checked the source code it is Pop Up Domination Plugin. I have used this before in the past and it works pretty well. I use Optinbar.com, this plugin is very good.
