how to monetize my first website with a cpm network?

Hi

I'm making my first website, is a website of entertainment. Probably it will get some traffic and that's the reason why i think a cpm network is the best choice to monetize it.
my doubt is how i put a cpm network working in the site.

-I have to make the banners first and than affiliate with a cpm network so that network put the advertise in the place of the banners that i have made???

or

-I have to make the website first without place the banners, put it online and than a cpm network choose the place in the website to advertise?

    Build the site, when you join a CPM network some will provide pages, others you will have to build the page yourself. Either way, get accepted first, then you will know what's next.

    i want to make a website and want to display an ad in each page of my website. if the website have 10 pages is one ad to each page, is this possible?
