[Real Estate] How to add MLS listings to a Commercial Property Lease site?

I need to design a website for a relative's commercial property they currently have for lease. This site is something to reference when they post classified ads, Craigslist postings, etc. when they are trying to get their office space rented.

I'm not at all familiar with creating a real estate site or real estate marketing -- I've been reading up on the subject (here on this forum and elsewhere) trying to learn more about it. What I am familiar with is designing and building sites, including Wordpress sites, so that part will hopefully not be a problem.

What we need is access to MLS/IDX/etc. listings for other local commercial properties for sale/rent to present on the site to help generate traffic and possibly help monetize the site in the future beyond the single property that will initially be listed. From what I've been reading is our that local realtor board is in control of those MLS listings (which I assume also includes commercial properties), and I wouldn't have access to their feed unless I was a licensed Realtor? Is that right?

Are there any sites that offer feeds for MLS (commercial property sale/lease) listings to place on sites, whether as an affiliate or a straight feed? I've been looking a the large commercial real estate listing sites like Loopnet, but they don't appear to be offering anything in the way of feeds.

Appreciate any suggestions/advice/info.

You can make a RSS feed from any webpage using programs like Feedity.

That's right. And you also won't find any sites that publish a property feed, because it's against the MLS's TOS.

MLS data is proprietary information, and if you try to scrape it and you get noticed you'll likely end up with a lawsuit on your plate.
