Job Recruitment Site with Search function- Can this be done on wordpress

Hey Guys,

I have a client that needs a site that has the features of a job recruitment type.

Employers can post jobs and job hunters can find jobs. Can this be done in wordpress?

    It might be worth looking at a company called Jobshout who develop websites such as this. They develop blogs in Wordpress so they may well be able to assist you with this.

    There are two themes that may meet your needs are EmployeePress and ResumePress.

    EmployeePress - "With our job board theme, you can setup membership packages each with their own pricing and features. Visitors (employers) submit job listings to your website which can be as a bidding system or resume only. Members (employees) can then bid on the project or submit their resume to the employee for review."

    ResumePress - "ResumePress is a online community theme for WordPress that lets visitors built online resumes to share with clients, employers, friends and family.
