        Did you, actually, try to READ that URL?
        Where it says:
        format=FEED
        type=ATOM

        Then, if you don't know what that is - you go to the search engines and type in those two keywords:

        RSS and Atom files provide news updates from a website in a simple form for your computer
        Web feed - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom_(standard)

        After you've learned all that stuff - you look at your own theme used on the site; e.g. in the file called header.php. Find the Atom feed-generating code: that's where it comes from.
        Then contact the theme author and ask why it generates that URL...
        Or try to figure out why your sitemap is creating that link to a feed...

        That's what you should do instead of demanding "somebody helps".
