If you want to use it as a medical/clinic website, you should look for a different theme/layout. The current site is does not make it standout as a professional website of a doctor/clinic. Even the address/contact details of the clinic is kind of hidden.

PS: Don't use AdSense if you want to use the website to generate leads for the clinic.

To make your site more attractive , you have to add more images and slider.
Then it will be more attractive and you have to take there some important and informative element what people want. Then you can get earn from Ad-sense.

Some beautiful images and some beautiful image sliders can make your site more
beautiful to visitor. And for this reason you can get a big traffic and I hope you can earn more from Ad-sense.

as the visitor or ur target client, i'm not sure if u can give me the best service with that kind of website layout.

The main target should be content of the site. Good content will lure people to your site. Try providing some unique and good quality content and people will come, you just need to have some penitence.

bro the site is good, u can make it more appealing if u add some live stuff frm a clinical specialist/phrmacist, which can be used as to be an interacting platform b/w specialists and patientS

Assuming you are - here is the eternal story I am telling to medical professionals like yourself: my wife is a doctor and I am a very good web designer/developer (among many things).

We have an agreement: I don't try to heal her patients and she doesn't try to make websites. You know why? Because we value the professional knowledge and expertize of each other! Obviously, you think you are a better "web maker" than the pros...

As I see the site, I won't make any comment there because I think that you are not qualify enough to make it more attractive, appealing, and lead conversion by yourself.
It'd take time to learn more and more about designing or developing the website. Assuming you are expert at health service, I don't why bother to take time to learn web assets because it's very far different thing.

If I were you, I'd honor my business and get someone to make it for me. Because it seems that it is a business website that will be gaining from the patients, that should not be any 3rd party ads.

Back to the point of your concern, you site looks not attractive, not appealing, and not professional.
- Typography should be added more styles such as Font Family and/or styles.
- Layout should be more appealing with corporate styles or business style. Check out Themeforest.Net and/or TemplateMonster.Com for design inspiration or you could buy one if you dare to growth you business.
- Photos/Images should be more eye catching that related to your service or the real attractive images of yours.
- There should be better if you could make some more user experience such as sliders, animated hover state, and/or video.
- As it is local based, that should be nice you having a map or Google map for business in the sidebar or contact page.
- Adding online appointment forms in the sidebar is also good to gain more contact rate.
- Using something like buttons/Call to Action buttons is also a good choice to get clients attraction.
