I personally use HostGator's Baby plan which allows you to host unlimited domains with unlimited everything (space, bandwidth, database). Use a hosting coupon to get 25% discount. You can ask me for my affiliate link or code

I agree Host gator is the biggest and the best. Dont use hatchling plan if you want more than one domain. Baby Plan!

I think KnownHost dot com is the best.

You can still buy Shared Hosting in KH, although they offer VPS.

If it's between the three hosts you mentioned with your budget and requirements I recommend webhostinghub or bluehost.

    I personally use hostgator.

Recently, I was thinking of switching over to hostmonster, but here's why I didn't: Hostmonster does not have options where you can upgrade to a VPS. As with Hostgator, Hostmonster only provides "unlimited bandwidth" up until you begin to use a certain percentage of their total resources. While I never understood how they could call something "unlimited" if it's really not, at least with Hostgator, you can upgrade to more bandwidth if you ever run into this issue of using a certain percentage of their server's total resources. Of course, if you're just setting up standard websites that will not have thousands of pages or hundreds of videos, then either of these solutions may work for you.

Yes, I agree. I also use Hostgator. They want you to upgrade when you're getting too much traffic or have too many domains setup. They do have limitations even though it's advertised as "umlimited"

If you are planning to implement an ecommerce site with tons of traffic, I would suggest getting a dedicated server setup. You have more control and less limitations.

      Best,

I used to use hostgator but I've wanted to get some ip diversity among my sites without breaking my bank so I've since gone to hostnine and got their reseller account.

When you add a new site you're able to select the location of it's server so you can easily get different sites with different ip's without paying out the wazoo. It's only $24.95/month

HostGator's baby plan will meet your needs for price and multiple domains. If you end up choosing HostGator, I have some coupons listed at HostGatorHub.com.

If you decide against it, take a look at HawkHost and MDDHosting, both are high quality and can meet your needs.

I agree that godaddy is one of the slowest hosting platforms, but their customer service is decent. I would avoid them only because of the slow speed.

I like to spread my websites out over many hosting accounts. I purchased a plan from HawkHost for a few of my sites two weeks ago and was impressed with how fast their support team helped me restore a cpanel backup. Sites load fast and no problems so far.

  • Even though there really is no such thing as "best" when it comes to choosing any product or service, Hostgator usually wins hands down every time this question is asked in the warrior forum. This is probably due to he fact that most HG customers are satisfied with them because they offer reasonable hosting packages and great customer service when you need it. Their popularity is due to positive word of mouth recommendations, (such as in this post), and due to many affiliates promoting them online as well, thus giving HG enormous web exposure and branding, as images of alligators are now burned into most marketers brains.

HostGator all the way, man. If you snoop around for the right coupon codes, you can easily walk away with their Hatchling plan for $80-$90. That's a bit over what you said you're willing to spend, but you are then entitled to unlimited domain names and a lot of other goodies.

Their uptime percentages are through-the-roof. I've never had any downtime for my websites (unless, of course, it was my own fault for deleting a DB table or something stupid like that). If something ever does happen to your website, their technical support is through the roof. I've sat on the phone with them for very short periods, yet accomplished large amounts - they are easy to understand (something you can't say often about most company's TS) and are knowledgeable about what they do.

How can we answer what the best web host is when we don't know what type of website you're wanting to host? Are you planning to host a dynamic site like Wordpress or Drupal or a static site which consists of html files. One thing I can tell you is never ever go for cheap $2 plans that includes unlimited disk space and bandwidth.
