WANTED: Experienced HTML/CSS coder who can make some quick fixes to a template...Ready To Pay Today

Hello,
OK...I've been staring at a screen too long today...

I just need some changes made to a template file to get the header/footer to line up and to get the template to look the same in Firefox/IE.

Seems like everything I touch today is breaking...so I'm ready to outsource this...I think my brain is just too tired.

Here's what is needed:

1.The transparent header graphic is not working correctly at the top of the page, because the repeating vertical background is showing behind it...need that fixed.

2. The footer lines up perfectly in Firefox, but now is off in IE.

3. There's some stupid 1px white line in IE, but not in Firefox.

That's it...just get the Header, Footer, and Background image to line up in Firefox, IE (and if you know of any other browsers that will not display this page correctly, fixing for those would be appreciated.)
