Does my web form work for everyone?

I'm just in the process of making sure every browser type and operating system works. As I use Mac OS X I can only really test if it works for a small percentage of the actual internet users.

I would really appreciate if you guys could try to sign up for my email list, I'll delete you if it does work (And you can always unsubscribe, I want to make it clear I'm not trying to build my list with this post, I'm just trying to figure out if there are any problems.)

So if you do try it and run into any problems can you please let me know what browser you're using and what operating system.
