Wordpress Problem

Hello,

I have a problem on my wordpress site. Before I install a theme or plugins, I need to fill up the
Hostname
FTP Username
FTP Password
Connection Type

but instead of filing the Hostname,FTP Username,FTP Password,Connection Type I install it on the Cpanel but I want to install it on the wordpress dashboard. Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

    best to contact your host and have them walk u through it and troubleshoot what may be going wrong

    That's because the FTP server has not been configured with your web server. It is not really a problem. You can download themes/plugins and upload them manually to your webserver or using the web interface. Then activate them from the list.

      yes, I uploaded it manually all the plugins and themes.
