Hello guys, I'm beginner in internet marketing and also I'm learning how to create websites right now, so I've encountered a little problem on my site, I've got wordpress engine and I wrap post titles in H1 tag, in recent posts widget links show up enormously big, can someone tell me how to resize it and make it more nice-looking??

Go install Firebug for Firefox on your Firefox browser Here
it will help you pinpoint where to make the changes in your style.css, you will need to reduce the font size for the titles you mentioned and Firebug will help you with that.

Thanks but I still couldn't do it, I've got thesis theme, and the titles are wrapped in h1 tag, in sidebar they're showing the same size as h1 title. I tried to remove h1 attribute with firebug and it kinda helped but when I refreshed site, it was still the same

Firebug only lets you know where the code that has to be modified is,you actually have to go into your wordpress dashboard and modify the css code there,it should be in your left sidebar under Appearance/Editor
You can also try removing the widget from your side bar and just use the standard latest post widget instead.

first of all nobody puts h1 tags into widgets. because it's not good for seo. try to put them in h3 or h4 tags should be smaller and will do better job for your site seo.

If you put H1 tags around the post title in the TITLE field when you write the post... that's idiotic.

The theme should handle those tasks, not the blogger! And most themes do it.
    Did you know that?

Yes, it does. The developers are way better coders than 99% of the bloggers.
The use of H1, H2 etc. is perfectly good in that theme - you should REALLY learn my 3 parts lessons about H (heading) tags in my blog before making a big mess of your blog

Lesson: don't mess with things that you don't understand (or half-understand...)
