Looks like a pretty simple template, doesnt really stand out among the crowd. You have alot of good content. First thing I would do is change your logo. You need to brand your site better and first thing would be your logo. Are you looking at other themes or you happy with the one you have ?

Like being said, I'd change the logo into something more brandable / recognizable

Just a few other comments:

• What's the purpose of the date in the top-right corner? If there isn't any, delete it.
• Try to give something away in return for their email address, offer an incentive. Will definitely boost the amount of opt-ins!
• Why do you have a dropdown with the categories? You have plenty of space there, you could easily insert a list with links!
• When writing your meta description, I'd take into account that that's also the line that will be shown in Google --> try to write it in a way like you would write a PPC-ad (so users click on it).

Other than that, you did a great job! Of course there is always more to comment on, but the technical stuff seems to be in place

You are updating your blog regular basis and Tags are very well. This is very good sign. Just more social sharing sites so that you can get lots of traffic.

Perhaps with an logo would be nice, the rest is good .. simple and clean.

Maybe adding featured images on each of the blog posts? I try to do this when I can, but it can be time consuming to add a graphic to each post.

First off, I would like to say most of the information on your footer isn't necessary.
Looks great! I have only one suggestion for you to make the backround of the buttons on the top a little bit brighter.

I take it the purpose of the website is to build your list and sell stuff to your subscribers ?
So with that in mind here are a few suggestions....

(1) Change your banner to "Technology Tips and Tricks" or "Computer Tips and Tricks" or something else that tell the reader more clearly what you do.
(2) Create a static home page that tells people what you do and also why they should sign up for your free "News Letter" "Report" etc.
(3) Sell the opt-in with a better capture form. Instead of "Just Connect With Us" which is not compelling. There has to be a reason for me to connect with you. How will my life be better by allowing you into it......... But more simple sell the benefits of the free report or email course....
(4)Create the "Free Report" of the "7 Day Technology email sequence" that you will give away for the opt-in.

You've got heaps of great content and the site is quite clean and easy to navigate so it is just a matter of increasing your conversions.

Great advice from fellow warriors. I would always have an eye catching banner created to sum up what your site is about. You need to make the site stand out from all the other Technology sites out there.

The social buttons are well placed.

I think the theme your using on it is way too simple..
There are alot more cooler than that..
It could attract more people if looks more cooler..

You have chosen very competitive topic. However, Design is clean and nice. Loading time is ok.But the sharing buttons and subscribe via email section is little visible.Try some big buttons. Good Luck!

as alot of people have already said, a new logo would help a lot, plain text just is not enough in this day and age, if you make a simple logo, it could be used in multiple places, and when people see a logo they are more likely to go on that site.

You have problems with social buttons box...it is floating right and it is completly separated from content (1908x1200)

Try finding a new theme for it..
Also try to change the logo..

The logo is matching your header color, use different color either for logo or for header...

You site looks great to me. Very simple, not too much going on. The color scheme is nice. The layout is good. The only small thing is your favicon background color is redish. Change that to the same blue used in your header and your site will be top notch!
