I was wondering if there is a hosting provider out there that adds servers as they go to assure your site will NEVER crash and will allow unlimited simultanious visitors? or is a dedicated server (or more) really the sole options?

also im looking for the best seo service under $300 a month. i suck at seo and i do not have the time to try. i am only researching now i will be looking to purchase hosting/seo when i start my new business.

    Try cloud servers like rackspace or amazon. I prefer rackspace actually because it much simpler, and allows me to add new and clone servers in just minutes. You can use Scalr if you want your servers to scale automatically.

    Try the cloud computing hosting option. It is not expensive and could increase processing power or capacity anytime you need.

    There is no host that'll will never have downtime (even the DNS servers have a tiny bit of downtime), and there is also no way to allow unlimited simultaneous visitors. There are some option where you don't have a fixed amount of server space/resources, sort of a pay as you go system. Even that will have limits though.

    What kind of site do you have that would need that type of hosting?
