Can someone please help me ASAP we need to get our form working!

My virtual assistant is from another country and we've ran into an emergency.

My boss told me last minute that my website is converting better than his PPC guys landing page, so he is switching traffic over to the site.

Problem is, we just had a new form in place, and it doesn't seem to be working.

If there is ANYONE who can help us, its a contact 7 form, it has smtp authentication but doesn't seem to be sending emails.

We are about to dump a lot of money into PPC as its pouring right now and our business depends on the rain.

Is there anyone who could perhaps spare 5 minutes to help me?!
I can't tell you how much it would mean I'm going through my wordpress dashboard and can't figure out whats going on. It says after submission the email as sent successfully, but emails are not showing up in my inbox.

I will pm details to whoever can help me I don't know what else to do because our virtual assistant is asleep right now!!
