Convert regular css to a Wordpress one for CPA mobile marketing

I usually don't come here to ask for advice because I think people should try to figure things out for themselves, but I tried everything with no success.

I was given a zip file from my CPA network, which deals with mobile phones only, that I think was designed by a program called Dreamweaver, or Dream something. Well, I don't want to sound like a noob to them, so I hope I can get some help here with my situation. The problem is to take that file, and convert it to make it Wordpress compatible.

That is what I use exclusively because it's really simple, and perfect for a non-coder like me. So having it converted into Wordpress stuff would REALLY be appreciated, so I can get in on a supposed hot CPA offer for mobiles. Without this being converted, I really don't know how else to pull this off. Like I said, I am not a coder, don't have the Dream software that they used, and after looking at some tuts online, I still can't get how to substitute this and that, and where to stick it.

So I hope someone can either offer me a solution via a plugin that can do this automatically, or a DROP DEAD EASY WAY to get this converted. Hopefully ASAP.

Much appreciated.

you don't need to convert the css to be read on a mobile platform, all mobile devices can handle CSS nowadays.

CSS3 even has a special screen for mobile displays.

    Thanks for the reply.

Maybe I worded it wrong the first time, but, this is what I want to do:

I was given some files by my CPA network to post on my site, but it was written in HTML. What I would like to do is to be able to convert that html.index into Wordpress-accepted format, as well as the CSS. I already found a few sites telling people how to do it, but I am fairly new to these things, so, I can't seem to get the hang of it.

One site mentioned you just need three files from the pack, index.html, stylesheet.css (rename it to style.css they said), and images. But yeah, that is what I am having problems with.

If they gave you just plain HTML code without a style.css, they created it with some software.

Basically, you have to go threw and read what styles they are putting on HTML attributes and write the rules down in a style.css.

If I were you, sit there and try to translate the HTML to HTML&CSS. Once you get it identical, you can start splicing the HTML&CSS into PHP sections for a wordpress theme.

Wordpress uses a header, sidebar, body, and footer (at least).

Since your confusing index.html with html.index, I suggest you not both with all this manual, tedious coding and get a new theme. MUCH EASIER.
