Is there a WP plugin for letting members upload music?

What's the easiest way to add a feature like this to a Wordpress site? Anybody have any ideas? Hoping for a plugin somewhere?

If not, if anybody knows how to do it, please reply here! I don't want to rebuild my site so please don't ask... I am looking for this 1 feature.

Basics:

I want the plugin/programming to create a new page within the site, with the music player etc.

Any way to create something like this?

    This one feature will require multiple modifications to your site. Allow uploading of the music file formats by modifying functions.php file. Add the code to show the music file on your site.

    Alternatively, use a PODCAST plugin and modify it.
