Chinese speaker needed -> Language Code for: Simplified Chinese & Traditional Chinese

I am making a multilingual site for a client (using Joomla and FaLang [a joomfish fork]). So the client has provided all the translations so thats not a problem. But I am having trouble finding the proper 'language code' to use for these two. For UK english I use en-GB (obviously...)

So what is the language code for simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese. I am currently planning on using 'si-ch' and 'tr-ch', will this be sufficient? (ie: www.domain.com/si-ch/)

And are these the proper translations:
Simplified Chinese -> 简体字
Traditional Chinese -> 繁體字
