I agree, I hadn't noticed but your second one doesn't seem to have any footer nav.

Also! I like the first one! I would go for the logo and header in the second one, but stick with your 'plans' div - it's much more interesting.

I like the second one. Plain and simple, easy to navigate. Just add some link to the footer.

I think the second is on the right path. I would suggest formatting the text as simple text can be boring. Use Header 2 for the main paragraph then perhaps header 4 for the rest. A big 'Buy Now' button works too. Remember clients spend maybe three second on the home page so grab their attention, but don't go crazy either. Tickle their imagination and make them click that "BUY NOW" button. That's my 2¢

The first one is cool in design. But the second one is having a professional look as a designer i would go for second one as it appeals and will attract more then first

Nice design! Are you using some platform like WP or something? But my idea for you is move the testimonial position next to the package that you're selling or advertising..

First desgn is better in my own opinion but it seems it consumes more Bandwidth.
Second design looks quite simple even though it kinda looks more corporate and takes less bandwidth too...I'd with the second for the sake of BANDWIDTH only.

I have visit your site. It's very good design with matching theme. You can modify using some widget as your blog accessories. Also, your speed of loading still too slow. But overall is good.

On the home page I was kind of wondering what the site was about while I was reading the first two paragraphs.
By the third paragraph I knew. Its a matter of preference, but you might want to lose the first 2 paragraphs.
Overall, it's a great layout and I like the colors. It's neat and looks impressive.

2nd design is very attractive in comparison to first one. Instead of Black color if you could change to Sky color then it would be more attractive. This is my personal opinion.

I believe your best design layout will be a combination of both designs. The first one you focus to much on displaying your services and plans and the second you don't at all. A combination of both I think would be best.

In addition your second design layout when combined with targeted relevant home page content will maximize your organic SEO potential. Your first design seems as though it wouldn't have much home page text/content for SEO purposes as most of the content on that design seems to be graphic and not text.

    Hope this helps.

You have the width to large by have it 1300 pixels. If you have the width at 1300 pixels it will make many user have to scroll left to right and many user do not want to that. I would change it to 1024 pixels wide so the user will not have to scroll left to right. There have be studies done on have user feel about having to scroll left to right.

I'd say both side have potential. The first one maybe a bit too busy at some area, like the clipping images, the contrast that it can destroy the composition flow of your page. For some people, It may be hard for them to start looking. As for visually, I'm sure that it's more pleasing than the later.

Second one, is simple but you can pretty much control where they will start looking. If you are relying copy to sell your stuff, second one might outperform the first. Sometimes less is more.

For people who are saying the first design is better than the second, I think good design doesn't equate to complexity and beauty. It has to fit the purpose of your objective.

I actually like the first one better. For me it looks cool and has that 'wow' factor. When I looked at the first one, it made me say 'Wow!'. When I looked at the second one, it made me say 'Okay, nothing new here.'

That's just my opinion though. I like the more complex looking design but still looks clean.

    Nice overall design for both.

    For the second one:

On the slider background, try reversing the blue gradient, it might look slightly better if the light blue is at the top.

Have a look at some different fonts/text styles also. The black on the blue would probably look better if it was white on blue. Also try making the headers a few EM/PX's bigger.

    Looks good though

I prefer the second one, the first one seemed to have a lot going on. The second one is crisp and easier on the eyes. I don't feel overwhelmed with information. I do like the pricing boxes in the first one, those are really nice.

When ever I'm looking for some design inspiration I head over to themeforest and browse their themes. I've gotten some really good ideas from some of the designers of there.
