PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE THE LOGO

WEB DESIGN

Hey guys, I have few different variations of my logo, and can't really decide with which one should I go. Please let me know which one do you guys think is the best.

Actually, I'd recommend that you find a new designer

However, if you are limited with these choices, I'd recommend #3 (I liked the Marketing part, but not the 1on1 part) #2 is OK too (M isn't that good, the font isn't that good too) but KEEP AWAY from #1!

I think the first one is potentially a good logo but it needs a few minor tweaks.

If you want I'll do this for you for free??? Only cost to you is that you have to wait for me to fit it into my free time as I am very busy, but I'll do it for you if you like?

Well I'm looking for something that can also "brand" my business. I like how "M" looks like 2 people, so it somewhat reflects "1 on 1". What exactly should I tweak on the 1st logo?
Logo #3 is kinda "over played". I see a lot of marketing companies use that "m".

The first M is good. My opinion would be to try having a logo which contains the first M and the second 1on1. The 3rd logo is also quite good, although I don't like the "1on1" part.

If you combine #3's Marketing and #2's 1on1, it would be cool as per me. But if you have any other options try them too.

I like the M from #3 but the logos overall dont do much for me. Would also suggest looking elsewhere.

  The 'M' has branding power, you can repeat it often and place it everywhere and it will work out quite well in my opinion. Dont tweek it too much- simple is the best. remember the motto "Keep It Simple, Stupid" it works, especially in design. time is money so don't over think it. my 2¢.

Hmm i think you should create something different.
First Logo have two part for eye catching - M and 1on1
logo 2 nice if you will be use it for some TV chanel )))
Last logo is the best from all, but you should make something for last part "1on1".

  This is much better! The 1on1 in black looks far punchier (a real word??) and really stands out in that font. I would maybe just change the blue font to make it a bit wider and pick a slightly more rounded font. I wasn't keen on the 'M' in the first logos, but I think it looks much better now, and will make a good social media thumbnail
  
  If anything, I would try and maybe just make it slightly bigger so that the M doesn't look small next to the other text - but that could just be me being picky...:rolleyes:

The only logo I understood immediately was the second. Have you tried showing these to people in your target audience? That's all that matters.

I would combine elements from the fist and second one.

Use the first logo but swap the "1on1" from the second logo to the first one.

  Without the black color the heads in number one are not clear. You can't tell it is people, it just looks like an M with two strange dots--like maybe it's an obscure Turkish dialect.
