Opt-in form integration with optimize press membership site

Hey guy's,

I need a bit of help if it's possible.

I am creating a membership site with optimize press and I need to put an opt-in form on the members home page so that my members can receive updates.

I contacted Optimize Press Support about this and all I got from them was along the lines of;

'Look for a plugin'

Which to be fair hasn't helped in the slightest.

Does anyone know of a wp plugin that will let me get my AWeber opt-in form onto my members home page?

Thanks

Ben

Why would you need a plugin for that? Copy/paste the form code aweber gave it to you. That's all you have to do.

Yep - what Istvan said. Simply paste the Aweber code into the HTML tab of the page you want the form on. That's it.

Optimize Press have an optin form Drag and drop module for every page you create. Just scroll down on the page editor and you will see the module to drag to the position you want it on.

Take the form which Aweber gives you and pest it at HTML on one of the costume sidebars.
If you need any future help or support contact me, I'll do it for free.

I think maybe what he's asking is about integrating something like the Aweber form with the membership form in other words when a visitor clicks the "Submit" button it passes the info to Aweber and also passes the data to the membership plugin.

I was thinking of this idea myself in order to build a sort of squeeze page the idea being that the FREE thing is the membership so you need a form handler to process the fields in the signup form and also to pass the appropriate fields to Aweber.

Hi can anyone help, I'm stuck on similar question...

I'm using OptimizePress to create my squeeze page. I have a front opt-in squeeze page to capture data, I've created the opt-in form on my OptimizePress page, I can put my email in and I get directed to the page I've set it to but.... I can't find where my email got sent to on Optimize press. I haven't used an autoresponder yet as I'm looking to minimize costs and just want to capture data initially but I can track where my email got sent to once I put it in the opt-in form on my squeeze page.

    Could any one help?

What code did you put in the opt-in form? As far as I know optimizepress doesn't have any hold as to where your data will be sent to. So it should be part of the code that you have pasted in the opt-in option.

All optimizepress does is to render whatever code that you have pasted to its pre designed form.

If you want people to be able to register and subscribe to an aWeber list at the same time you can use the aWeber plugin for WordPress.
Here's the catch. It only works with the default registration page, so if optimize press is building a different registration page you will need to replace it with the default registration page (and then probably customize the look of that there is a tutorial at Wordpress.org. That's kind of a pain. The other way would be to go to fiverr and wait 3-5 days to have the plugin customized so it works with the registration page that Optim, ize Press builds.
