What is wrong with my blogger template code?

Hi,

I am very new to this forum. I am trying to get a template for blogger to work on my blog but when I enter the code and click preview to see the new template, it doesn't work. Something is wrong with the code and I don't know what it is. I will post the code below and if someone can tell me what is wrong with it and what will make it work on my blog on blogger.com that would be so much help.


I appreciate any and all help. Please no cut downs or bad remarks. I am new to forums and coding and stuff. So please forgive me.

    To avoid any error in future, especially if you just first learn about blogger, I think you must be backupt your script code. Using the backup facilitie in your dashboard, and then you can try to upload some file, such as plugin, theme, images, and more. If any error, you just recovery your script code.

      So I just have to click backup and then see if it works? The template is a blogger template. I can't find another one like it.

    One coded theme will not work for both WP and Blogger. There have to be separate versions for each. I would go back to the source and find out the version appropriate for Blogger. Maybe the creator of the code can direct you to the proper place.

    I just wanna say you to do, try to find out some template by searching by keyword "blogger template " . I'm sure you will get some perfect template and will have any problem to install on your blog. just try this way. Hope everything will be ok and it'll help you .
