I'd either go with one of the better free hosts like Free Web Hosting with PHP, MySQL and cPanel, No Ads which would be cheap (free) but it wouldn't meet all of your requirements.

There is no such thing as unlimited, that word when you see it in relation to hosting is a marketing gimmick. The reality is your account will be suspended and/or you will be forced to upgrade to a higher plan when you sites actually start using any measurable resources on the low cost hosting.

Make sure YOU backup your sites including the databases on a regular basis, downloading to your own local computer. Do NOT count on the host doing this for you or that their backups actually work if they do. Many hosts do not have actual working backup systems even if they state so in their marketing on their sites.

Rule of thumb is you get what you pay for but in hosting it is not assured even then you are getting what you really are paying for or think you are.

I've had 3 VPS servers from kiloserve.com for about 14 months now . I'm 100% satisfied, everything was excellent . I use these as proxy and VPN servers, I also host about 10 sites on them . I never had a single issue with them . the only big downtime was around 2-3 hours, which they sent a mail 3 days before It, and It was because of a server upgrade . overally an excellent experience, I will definetely keep these servers

Cheap is not the best solution imo. I would definitely go with HostGator. Also, Hostgator is not that much more maybe a dollar per month if that.. Unless your referring to there dedicated applications.

I finally tried Hostgator and I've settled- they don't restrict you much at all and everything just "works". Also, a livechat support is a massive plus when finding a host. Making a site work can be tough and sometimes problems surface, having the host's tech support available on 24/7 live chat is a massive bonus.
