Hello warrior members,

I need your assistance on web design. i will like to get a step by step guideline on how to recruit and define the job outline to freelancers to help me out for my webdesign job.

What are the major content and components in a design work i.e what i need to ask of him in terms of qualification and his capability to do a perfect programming and coding job and the level of support.

I need a clone of this website Realestate Home both in the employment and real estate niches respectively.

I have picked both examples because they both have some of the programming and coding features i will like to have for my website idea.

And please i will like to have an idea of what each of the above websites will cost.

Thanks once more in advance for you useful support.

well, there are lots of freelance marketplaces are available out there, like- oDesk, Elance, guru etc. you can post a job as per your requirement!!

Pricing always depends on quality!! so if you need quality output then these sites will cost you $2K+ or maybe less!!

Hector, if you want to cut down the cost, you can focus on building your site's framework first by only hiring good coders. Most of the time they aren't good designer but excellent and fast in coming up the features that you want. So just have them code the features you would like to have in naked form, no design. The coders should have the knowledge of PHP and MySQL and few others. The best way is to give them the reference like you did here.

After having the full working site done, find a good designers to work with. Look at their portfolio and see if they have something similar in which you are looking to have your site designed.

Yes I like Randize's idea above and also agree with using a service like Odesk etc. What I want to add is that you should probably summarize (using the reference sites) what you really want in terms of function, appearance features etc. Then point out those things to the coders/designers using your example sites.
