    I think it's time that we actually once and for all start learning how to pre-visualize and design websites for once. I'm really kind of site sick from looking at these same old WP themes being used and almost all of the examples shown on this forum is just killing me. Pre-theme built is soo limited.

    Now that my rant is over semi over, onto your site. Just way too plain

    The logo is an instant eye-sore. It works for newspapers, but online print is a far different subject. Also, that domain name isn't going to do you justice. "What is your domain name" "Learn to success dot org". You can't easily add that "two" in there when saying it. I'd recommend buying Learntosuccess.org as well and forwarding it to learn2success.org.

    The design is okay, but that slider really erks me. I think it should be removed in favour for a strong emphasis on the actual headlines. People don't generally click on those sliders because they don't look clickable. It really doesn't make sense to feature articles and then have the same content just below it.

    It seems like your entire site is built around these post images, and the content is just kind of there. You have an image about 10 times as tall as the description of the article - what sense does that make? Judging by the 10-second-rule, this site would quickly be bypassed.

    Consider changing the logo font. For that matter, create a decent logo. And by all means, get rid of the "Caution, success ahead". Any positive thinking/preachy drivel will loose users.

    I would invest in a decent logo for your site..
    People will visit your site, see the logo and immediately think the content on the site is rubbish..

    Logo needs improving - but others have already mentioned that so I'll move on...
    I think you need to rethink the image on the homepage; it is odd to see a man with a black eye getting punched and it threw me a little and needs to be put in context!
    What is your site about? What is its purpose?

    Tailor the theme/layout and colours to match your niche. A headline below your logo explaining what your site if for may help your visitors make up their mind about your site faster.

    There are very few tabs - maybe add more such as Articles, About Us, Contact rather than having these at the bottom of the page!

    hmm okay can't post links yet so google w3 validator and put your website into it. It'll tell you the errors and warnings you have.

    Logo font is not my favorite, despite my personal opinion, it's difficult (=slow) to read. You might also try to come up with a slogan that would describe the site. The design is also pretty wide, I suppose it's responsive to the browser size, but for my laptop screen it just seems wide and I have to move my eyes all the way from edge to edge to read all the content.

    Thank you all for your comments and time, there was a plugin which causing the speed problem.
    that is fixed now, moving on to logo and other improvement.

    Enhance your branding. Your site looks old but I like the layout.
    Make your internal link to be arrange horizontally.
    Maybe you can add some graphic design.

    I am assuming you have lazy load installed because the images are really slow at loading on my computer. I think you should utilize your space a little more, currently it feels a little to spacious. Maybe either increase the size of the main content area e.g text 14px and images 150x150 or maybe add a left hand column.
