Like the site. I think your logo is really cool and I like the use of the interesting font.
Loads fast and i think the simple design looks clean and professional. Overall nice design though.

The design is good but you need to make it more interactive so that people can easily communicate with others.

hi all thanks for your wonderful suggestions and waited for few days before answering everyone so that i can get as many reviews .....now answering one by by one on reviews from top to bottom...

as i said it is in beta state so logo desining etc will be done shortly and thanks for your suggestion...

the concept of that site you show the work you have and then company will hire you on the work you have done so that's why work-n-hire.....

glad you like the simplicity my main aim to made a user friendly site that's why i choose this design...

It looks good, professional and clean. There are so many things in the footer and sub-footer though. Instead of that put a page in which you can list out all of those. This will even reduce page load.

Wow Ricta! Aren't you worried that Elance.com will take legal action since you have copied about 98% of their site's design?

I think you should be careful... they have enough money to cause you huge headaches. You could at the very least change the color scheme of your version of the site...!
