    Not sure if this is error or by design by when I'm looking at the books and I go to change the page on the bottom, theres a book icon out of place. Basically its showing 17 books instead of 16 and its making it formatted weirdly

    ps I'm using chrome on linux

    I think you've got a good idea going, I would implement some kind of download tracking so I can sort by the amount of downloads of each book, because I want to read what other people are using.

    Also I would make your home page kind of an editor's choice. You can monetize that by either selling front page exposure, or putting your own ebooks on the front page once you're popular.

      These are excellent advices. I actually do capture downloads and pageviews, so I can tell which one is being downloaded the most but it is not shown to the visitor. I have a top 10 page, that lists this.

      I love the idea of selling front page exposure or my own product on the prime first page. I will wait until I get enough traffic first.

    The site itself and the structure is good. The only thing I'd reconsider is what you really want to sell to the user - in your header, under the logo, your telling the user at least 3 pieces of information and asking the user to take 4 different actions (link the site, follow on twitter, check back often, and give feedback). You could spread these out a little bit and just really focus on telling the concept clearly in this area.

    Just a bit of caution for anyone planning to use the free material. I checked out the 300 Dip Recipes book, and it was on sites that had much stricter terms of use than bugabong did. (I didn't check out any of the others, coming up with a serious problem first try.)

    One of those sites was Google books, so it might be looking for trouble to use it. Their legal fees budget might be higher than mine

    I did pm savister about the problem last night. No answer yet, he might be off line for awhile, so I thought I'd better make a post.

    It's too bad, looked like a good resource. Maybe he'll come back with new info about that little problem. Hopefully he has some kind of agreement to use it.

    sorry been on vacation the last 3 weeks. i will look into to resell rights on that book. most the books will have licenses telling you what you can do with it. most have master resell rights. a few have other restrictions. i try to upload only as many master rr books as i can.

    Nice and clean layout, letting the content come through, that's what I aimed to achieve with our site as well.
    Are there many/any other people doing this? I would have some more usp's on the homepage personally but I think it's a great idea and like the name too
