    You must start hiring some professiona;ls to built a website liek this, provide them your design part so tht they will charge u less and they just write the codes and built a website like this, its a quite tough job but a advanced step to take in this field coz u can earn a lot of bucks from a website like this.

    My best advice to you is to setup a wordpress site and then start digging through the available plugins. You will be able to find enough plugins that you can turn wordpress into a similar site, you're just going to have to be patient and willing to learn. Knowing how to code is very useful, but there's enough good code already written for wordpress that you can get started without too much effort.

    I like the look of the site. I really think a nice simple stock photo with maybe arial on smooth would help it, also there’s a glitch in the navigation. Overall it loaded quickly, and held together perfectly, and also had some interesting info.

    All i can say if you are a newbie start learning CMS and building a site. I would not try to base it on another advanced level site and instead just design it visually how you think it should be. Currently that website has a page rank of 6/10 on Google and is not that complicated to design. What i mean by that is they have a had many months or year of being online to perfect their design.

    If you want to save some money, you should use a premium wp theme. look for a thme and buy it and install it. I think it will help you to same time as well as you will get you site up ASAP.

    your site is looking good but I think you should change those images resolution.
    cause those images are not looking clear , I mean to make it neat and clean you have to take a look to images. overall it's a good job as well.
