Simple Appointment Request Widget for WP?

Hi there, I hope this is the right forum.

I'm building a website for a beauty salon, and was hoping that rather than a standard 'Contact Us' form there was an appointment setting form I could use, preferably a free one!

There doesn't have to be an automated booking system, what the client wants is a name and number, then several drop down menu, one with a list of services, one with a date and one with time. This would then email through to the client who would manually input these details into her schedule, and if there is no availability at the specified time she can contact the client on the number provided to discuss a different time.

Hopefully that explains what I am after, is anything like this available?

    I'm sure this can be done by customizing any contact form plugins out there. Just create fields that require that information and forward the email it generates to the person who needs to receive it.

    I personally like Gravity Forms as it's an extremely robust and generally beautiful plugin. Check it out.

    Yes.Contact Form 7 is the best solution for you. You'll need some time to make everything look like you want but is a good choice
