ELANCE v. Guru v Warrior Forum for Talent

I don't mean to duplicate or cross post this request; but I have an Urgent need to get this task done so I can publish my 3x PPC AdWord campaigns.

If any you you 'expert' web design guys have a educated opinion on this, I would appreciate the feedback and direction on how best to solve my issue.

I have a nice collection of Landing Page templates that I got for working with PPC Classroom and the Google Cash Detective programs.

Direct linking will be OK for 1-2 days during my test phase, then I must build a nice landing page for all the obvious reasons.

I want to use XSite Pro v2 for this.

I've heard Elance and Guru.com are OK to outsource this kind of basic html stuff.

All I need is for someone to take my templates and either;

1) import into xsite pro tool so I can customize the pages
2) provide me with the 1-2-3 steps on how to do this myself

As you know, these templates comes with 3 folders

1) images
2) index
3) css style sheets

I can't find in the XSP tutorial, how to import these directly, else I would be onto depositing my PPC profits by now

Again, you web designs guys know all about this sort of thing, so if you have a recommendation on how best to solve my issue, I'd appreciate it.

Good programmers can sometimes be hard to find. In my experience, you have to be willing to go through a few before getting a good one, and sometimes the good ones may not stay with you. You might also want to check odesk.com and rentacoder.com

as a provider on elance and guru in web and graphic design, i have seen very few xspro projects, and one recently on elance didnt receive any bids for the project.
I stopped designing for XSP a while ago and am not familiar with latest version, but i did find these links which you may or may not be aware of

then there is this blog full of info, tutorials,etc that I had bookmarked for when I start doing templates,
Xsitepro Templates, Tutorials and Website Building.

If you don't find a warrior that will do it (there are plenty of qualified people here), I only recommend Odesk, as the quality of professionals is generally much higher there. Personally I don't have much time for this type of project, as I am currently very stacked with work.
