Please Review My New HTML Design and Logo

Hello,
I designed a new HTML page for my website and now i am going to convert my all site to this design, please review this design and tell me, is it good or not, also tell me that the google adsense position is correct or not ?

Also check out site logo, please give me suggestion about his logo.

I waiting for your best opinion, so that i can processed.

    I'm Not sure if that is actually a logo.. It does not look anything special.. I hope you can improve your header. The categories on left side looks a bit odd, I think it will look better with a side menu for your categories. The ads are placed nicely.

        but i already paid to logo designer and now he refused me to give me a new logo.
        any solution ?
        You could try opening it in an image editor, and simply changing the color, and maybe play with the size a bit.

    The logo looks kind of bland. I'm not quite sure what it is.. It needs a little color, at the very least, to make it pop a little. Over all the site looks bland, it needs some color, but don't over do it.

    There is one other thing that I find distracting, the text is to bunched up on the images. You need to add some padding around the images, to give it a little white space. I'm also not a fan of full justification. It makes everything look too boxy.
    You have no headlines, or paragraph headers, and I think the text may be a tad small. The overall feel I get is a wall of text that I wouldn't want to read.

    That is easily fixed though. I do like the design better than the 3 column design you are using on other parts of the site. The Adsense placement seems pretty good to me.

    Actually I didn't like the color and the site looks very simple. You could use some more professional touch in it. But there are huge contents. Keep up the good work.

    Good work but your can improve. Try to concentrate on your Layout Designing and Web styling. If you're good in these two things, you'll be a good logo designer as well.

    The website is okay. But move your google search to the right. This logo hardly costs any money, not to say that you've wasted $30 for it, this is outrages. You could get a good professional logo from Gigbucks or any other similar micro jobs website for $5. The color is very very bad and this kind of color is not fitting your webdesign color at all.

    you have too much going on in your header, logo, search box, google + button it looks cluttered. I would provide a space between menu and 728 x 90 adsense banner also

    Good first try. Sometimes it takes me 10 tries. LOL.

    UI rules say you should have no more than 7-8 left hand menu items. If you do you need to group it to 7-8 per chunk. Because there's ot enough colors, it looks like I got here because I misspelled something.
