Can I set up my blog to automatically send tweets?

Is there away to set up my blog so the it sends tweets each time I update it with a new blog post?

I'm not sure if I am asking the question the correct way....

    Hi JD,

    If you are currently using WordPress as your blogging platform, there are multiple plugins that provide this functionality. One that I know works relatively well is called "Twitter Tools". A quick google search for something along the lines of "Tweet WordPress Content" will bring up a few alternatives, as well.
