Help with code errors found in HTML Tidy

Hi everyone. I just ran my cockapoo dog website through HTML Tidy online, and to my shock there are 4 errors and 119 warnings! I am assuming this is not good...am I right? =)

Running it through HTML Tidy and uploading the output creates an unusable file. I lack the skills to fix the mentioned errors and issues myself. Is there a way I can hire someone to do it for me, and send me a solid, repaired code to upload to my blog?

If so, do you have any recommendations? How much should I expect to pay for this one-shot service? Do you know of a trustworthy individual or company that can do this? Sorry so many questions, but even though I am currently using Blogger instead of WordPress, it seems to me that there is no reason I shouldn't try to have good code.

I just ran it through w3's HTML Markup Validator (W3 web standards) and according to that one there's 81 errors and 12 warnings. If you were to have a look at your website again using 'The W3C Markup Validator' (You'll have to Google it I'm afraid, just joined and can't post links yet ) and then scroll down it'll give you a list of the errors and what's wrong with it, you should be able to take it to any freelance web designer and they'll be able to fix it for you (I'm one myself, just overwhelmed with work - as always.)

    Hope it helps
