Can you guys show me how you handle or suggest easy quick way to move over a full wp site to a new domain?
I would like to set up system so when I create a full wp install within one of my wp sites then move over to new domain when finished working on it. So I would go to fantastico with cpanel in my domain and install new wp site as a sub. Then I would work on it til finished. I would then buy new domain or old domain of client now how do I go about coping over the whole wp site to that domain?
Is there a quick easy to use plugin that can do this quickly and easily without several steps? Can anyone suggest of a good plugin for this?
Thanks.

Copy files > import database. Unless you've got root access to the server, that's probably the fastest option other than some WP plugin.

If you've got root access, you can wget the packaged account then restore it in a few minutes.

Thanks for help guys few more question:

Can I just create new wp site in new domain.com then create blog with fantastico from cpanel.

Then I go to the cpanel file manager of mydomain.com/tempsite/ or use filezilla then move or copy over the whole folder of wp-confige not sure if spelled correct. Then move over or replace that same name folder to new domain. I have no new posts so DB think not needed but if post exist just would copy move over the DB.

So is this about correct or did I simplify a bit too much and missing something saw the video thanks but a bit complicated and long. Maybe should just search codex for simple clone/backup/restore plugin if so do you recommend any that are good and easy to use?
I keep seeing backup buddy but got turned off when I saw I had to do some code edits and other stuff but not sure.
    Thanks again for help.

There are site backup/restore plugins that can do this or you can do it manually if you are tech savvy and have some patience.

If you are looking for an automated solution, two of the most economical plugins that do this are "Backup Breeze" and "Backup Creator"

The former allows scheduled backups (if you need that) and the latter has a very low cost option for up to 5 sites.
