Can't determine how many backlinks I have?

Google Webmaster Tools says I have 25 backlinks. I have tried at least a dozen online backlink checkers and they say I have zero backlinks. I think I probably have in the range of 80-100 backlinks so far.

Their doesn't seem to be a good and accurate way to check. Does anyone know how?

You might like ibacklinkpro.com.

They list up to 100 backlinks for any site along with link page rank, follow status, and anchor text.

For over 100 there's a small charge but its worth it to learn where your competition is at.

  I usually go with a combination, alexa, webmaster tools, backlink checker.
  
  Also been trying out Whos That Guru's link, it is pretty good. It also forces you to keep track of everything in a text document, which in general is a good practice.
