Need Some Help For My Website Hosting

WEB DESIGN

Hi,

It's the first time i am uploading my site to hosting account. I've uploaded all the template files. but the index file is not picking the images and css file.

so when i visited the site i only see the text, no images, no style. and I've uploaded the images and CSS file to the same directory as the subdomain.

please how do i ensure that all the files are linked together so that the template look in it's original styling form?

Hi, I would suggest that you work through the 500 error report generated for this image call. http://freemasstraffic.co.nf/images/footer1.png Should hopefuly point you in the right direction. Jim

That's the problem.

The images need to be in a directory called 'images' and style.css needs to be in a directory called 'css'.

  Not everybody puts CSS and images in the same place.
  I put my CSS in another location entirely. Most standard CMS are the same way.

You should get in the habit of creating an Image folder for your pictures and a Style folder for your style sheet (CSS). Let me know if this helps.
