website being marked as malware site,please help

hey all this is the second time i am getting an email from my webhosting that my website is being as malware site and are receiving reports from third party that the website ishosting malware contents.

currently i have removed all the files off the hosting.
how do i actually solve tis problem .i mean these files were not even some scripts they were plan html website files, css and stylesheets.
How do i know these files are no more carrying anymore malware

    Open the html file in a text editor and look for a block of encrypted text.

    If you really want to make sure you dont get infected again change your permissions to 444 from ssh.

    I would double check your images, and going through your html to look for encrypted code is also a good start... regardless of both I would change your FTP password information just to be sure.

    IF YOU HAVE A CMS SITE - Most of the time this can be resolved by updating your security settings of your cms site
