Please review my two sites so far

Hey everyone thanks for taking the time to look a this and review my sites!

My first one was build a little over two years ago and just wanted to get input on it and see what you think of it. I host a server for a game called Minecraft.

My second site is more of a news/blog for the game Borderlands 2. I built this site a little under a week ago. I'm a little rusty as far as designing as I haven't messed with building a new website in ages.

Borderlands 2 Tips

So hit me with all you got I'll take any criticism good or bad, but please give me some tips on how to improve the bad areas.

    Clicked through them a few times. Your banner ads aren't loading half the time.

    The childy's site looks pretty good to me. Nice background, forum and wiki integration too.

    Your borderline's site, however, is hardly fit for human eyes. The body is way too narrow. Try another theme.

    And why stack 3 images on top of each other? it doesn't take THAT long to install a slideshow into a post! The only thing to keep on this one would be your header, which is neat.

      Thanks, I can re-size the the blog pretty easily. As for the adsense not loading. I have no idea why. It seems to be loading just fine for me. And for the slideshow. You are right and I should know better.

    Both of your site designs are good but you must make it easy to navigate and also should make a sitemap.xml file so that search engine can figure out the changes you make in it.
