How to set up your own cpa/pay per opt in?

Hey everyone,

I am currently taking one of my businesses ( Source: Auto-Pilot) up a notch.

I am running an affiliate program but I am very good at sales funnel. What I want to do is set up a pay per opt in system. Basically my affiliates send me traffic and the system tracks email submit

Is there a simple way to do this, or a simple software that handles this? Does anyone have experience with this?

    Curiosity: How much do you plan to pay affiliates per opt-in?

    I don't know of any softwares or plug-ins that handle this. Maybe I should get to work, eh?
