Best Wordpress popup plugin for optin form

Hey warriors

I'm looking for a good plugin that would automatically generate a popup an all my blog pages with a custom content, headline and optin form in my case.

I've tried Lightbox Pop but it didn't work properly for some strange reason and has screwed up some pages on my blog.

I'm not looking for something exquisite, it's just has to be not too annoying and work well with the optin forms from Aweber or Getresponse

  It's looks like a subscription based plugin that costs $27 a month.
  
  That's going to work out as a darn expensive plug in after a couple of years.
  Yes a good opt in/lightbox is worth it and will pay for itself, but if you only have a couple of websites I would look for another solution. There are similar products that might do what you need for under $50 one off payment.
  
  While the membership does offer lots of other tools, that's pretty irrelevent if all you want is a pop up data capture box, you're paying a small fortune for a load of other elements that you don't want.
  
  If this is all you are after it's going to cost you around $1000 after 3 years use!
