Limousine Site Review

I have recently changed the layout of my site and added extra features (blog, customer gallery, vehicles pages, etc.). I am looking for constructive criticism and first brand impressions. After all, in the Chicago limo service business, the first impression is all that matter since I need my customer to call me or send a quote request within the first few minutes of visiting the site. Let me know if you believe this design would be accomplishing that.

Even if you don't end up commenting, I still think you will enjoy the site, as it has some really cool pictures of party buses and the customer gallery is fun.

    Well let's see,

    Your header isn't too bad, it's a little catchy. The logo comes across to me as more of a button than a logo but others might feel different.

    I would blend that middle picture with information on it from black to inside of the picture so that the text reads easier on it.

    The design flows well and everything else looks good on it.

      I'm agree with Corey, I would like the header picture blend to make the text easily readable, that's it! Overall, the site looks good.

        I really like the website. The logo really stands out and I like that a lot! The only thing I would suggest changing is the font on the main image of the site. It looks hard to read for me. I wouldn't change the call anytime and phone number, just the description and bullet points. I think the image would look better if the descriptions were not there or just changed. You go into more detail about services below and I like that. Cool website.

    Just some random rants:

    1. I really like the header
    2. I don't care for the how you have the boxes rounded in your main banner image (http://www.elitechicagolimo.com/middle_banner.jpg) perhaps just use this image for the image of the women and guy and do everything else with html/css for a cleaner look. Coming to think of it, it might just be because I'm a web designer and I hate when people use images for things that should be css/html. However, most people probably don't care.

    My suggestions are:
    - change color and size of header tags (see image)
    Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
    - make the width of the text on the homepage narrower. it's not nice reading a long block of text

    other than that, nice job on the design!

    Like the header and the colours, maybe a footer is what is missing, something which matches the header - think that would tie the page together nicely. Maybe incorporate your footer using the three main boxes at the bottom to make them stand out as well and not look like part of the previous section.
