How to find a good website designer?

Hi All,

I do SEO for Contractors around the country and I have an electrical contractor client who wants to re-design his website. He is not interested in any of my design templates and he asked me if I could recommend a web designer who:

1. Was familiar with Contracting
2. Was familiar with the "Go Buttons" of the type of customers who were looking for an electrical contractor
2. Was able to create a website design that would get people who visited his electrical contracting website to CONVERT to people who actually called him for work
3. (this is my requirement) Can design the website in WP.

Any suggestions on how I can find a website designer like this?

    To the second #2 (re: converting) - no design will ever convert visitors into buyers/leads. It has to have a good sales copy and an irresistible call to action.
