I would remove a lot of the text and only include a call to action and whatever text was in your PPC ad. Move the action (the form) you want users to perform above the fold (point where visitor has to scroll).

The idea is to make it as easy and obvious as possible for users to perform the action you want them to perform when they arrive on your landing page. Whether its buying a product, filling out a form or downloading something, make it simple and easy. The user is following a path from when they entered a search query or just saw your ad, clicked it, came to the landing page and did what you wanted them to do. Any confusion or ambiguity in this “funnel” and they will leave and start over somewhere else.

For example if your ad says “Speak with A data Consultant today”, this same text should be on the landing page and highly visible. The user should not have to scroll to find a way to contact you, the form should be one of the first things they see.

Also, people typically scan text on web pages until they find what it is they are looking for. Too much text (especially if it is irrelevant to your ad), will cause visitors anxiety and they will hit the back button.
