Are these website designs better than my other sites' design? (previous post and in two of my signature links)

These two website have the same layout, if i'm not mistaken.
I like them. They do need more work, but i like your minimalist approach.

  What more might you suggest? Someone at a Mastermind Skype group actually suggest that I use this theme.
  
  It is definitely better than the ones on my first two signature links.
  
  It is just sort of a pain to setup right at first.
  
  I guest it is worth it and I'll have to migrate more of my sites to it.

Theme is simple but good for seo purposes(it have lot of articles...etc) but you need to add more banner/images to make it more nicer
Also try implementing social icons, and make facebook/twitter...etc So it can be more viral, or even make pop up with facebook fanpage so they can like it something like that( i use these method on my sites) i get plenty of likes
